Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology experience, incl. 8+ years in software engineering leadership and 5+ years in senior leadership
• 3-5+ years’ experience with EHR and healthcare software environments
• Deep expertise in modern software engineering practices, distributed systems, APIs, microservices, cloud, and enterprise architecture
• Proven experience implementing AI and machine learning within enterprise products and AI-DLC workflows
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, AI orchestration, and governance
• Experience in highly regulated industries with security, privacy, and compliance focus
• Financial acumen with technology investment management

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing software engineering organization for product delivery and platform evolution
• Drive AI-first transformation across products and AI-DLC initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with executives to translate strategy into technology priorities and investments
• Establish KPIs to measure progress, engineering effectiveness, and AI adoption
• Oversee modernization of legacy apps, cloud platforms, APIs, and AI capabilities
