Job summary

First Tech seeks a visionary Vice President of Analytics to lead enterprise analytics strategy and enablement across LoBs. You will oversee BI governance, dashboards, self-service, and AI-driven insights while partnering with Data Engineering and AI teams to ensure trusted data foundations.

The role requires 15+ years in analytics leadership, strong cross-functional influence, and a track record delivering measurable business outcomes in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise analytics, BI, or LoB analytics enablement, preferably financial services.
• 8+ years in people leadership with coaching and performance management.
• Proven track record delivering analytics products (dashboards, self-service, AI insights) with measurable outcomes.
• Expertise translating enterprise data into trusted, actionable insights for Lines of Business.
• Deep knowledge of BI ecosystems, governance, and self-service.
• Experience defining and governing enterprise KPIs and business definitions with LoBs.
• Proven delivery of Customer 360, value reporting, and segmentation solutions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
• Experience operating in regulated or highly governed environments.
• Cloud-native analytics platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) in hybrid environments.
• Experience integrating analytics with marketing and digital SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise analytics unification and establish governance standards across the organization.
• Drive adoption of analytics with LoBs through trusted services and partnerships.
• Define strategy and deliver LoB analytics enablement via federated approach and education.
• Own the BI ecosystem, including dashboards, reporting, self-service, and AI-enabled insights.
• Shape the modern analytics operating model and ensure enterprise-wide analytics quality.
