Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in field relevant to role or 4+ years of related experience.
• Advanced degree preferred for senior leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics, BI, and data-as-a-service initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business outcomes in regulated environments.
• Strong collaboration with business lines, product, marketing, and risk.
• Experience with cloud-native analytics platforms and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise analytics strategy and delivery across the organization.
• Own BI ecosystem, dashboards, reports, self-service, and AI-enabled insights.
• Define enterprise KPIs and align definitions across Lines of Business.
• Partner with Data Engineering, AI, and Enterprise Data teams to ensure trusted data foundations.
• Embed analytics into daily workflows and decision processes.
• Foster high-performing teams and strong executive communication at scale.
