Mastercard is seeking a Vice President, AI Engineering - AI CoE to lead the delivery and scale of enterprise AI products across global teams. You will own end-to-end AI engineering, drive reusable assets, ensure security and governance, and build a high-performing, cross-functional organization of AI leaders and engineers.

This role shapes AI strategy, partners with platform, data, security, risk, and product teams, and delivers measurable business value through responsible AI and robust

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in AI engineering or enterprise technology delivery.
• Experience scaling enterprise AI products and agentic AI applications.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, orchestration, and automation.
• Experience with hybrid cloud and distributed systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end AI engineering delivery from design to production deployment and adoption.
• Build and scale reusable AI assets and orchestration patterns across teams.
• Drive AI initiatives to deliver measurable business value and risk reduction.
• Partner with AI Platform Engineering, Data, Security, and Product teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
• Own production readiness, including reliability, observability, and lifecycle management.
• Embed Responsible AI, governance, and auditability throughout the lifecycle.
