Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Vice President, AI Employee Support Product Owner to lead the People Enablement team. The role is based in multiple locations in the US: Lake Mary, FL; Pittsburgh, PA; and NYC, New York.

You will drive a unified HR support experience by merging AI, workflow automation, and case management into a seamless self-service journey, leveraging Eliza and Oracle. The ideal candidate will guide cross-functional squads and govern enterprise AI initiatives with discipline.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within an agile delivery model, translating complex enterprise workflows into scalable digital products.
Deep expertise in HR help desk architecture, AI-driven self-service tools, or NLP ecosystems, with ROI and capacity savings track record.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and execution to unify HR support experiences across AI, workflow automation, and case management into a single self-service journey across Eliza and Oracle.
Architect and deploy self-service capabilities to move toward an AI-first operating model.
Design scalable routing logic and disambiguation models to reduce employee effort and improve first-time-right resolutions.
Partner with Service Delivery Groups, engineering pods, and executives to prioritize the backlog and ensure readiness gates before deploying technology.
