Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in project/program management with multi-workstream delivery ownership
• Experience operating at VP level in financial services
• Direct AI/ML, analytics, automation, or GenAI delivery exposure
• Ability to translate AI strategy into a sequenced roadmap with milestones
• Ability to run objective prioritization with senior leaders
• End-to-end delivery management from intake to post-launch measurement

Responsibilities

• Support Product Delivery across Annuities & Insurance products end-to-end lifecycle
• Lead AI initiative delivery from intake to execution
• Translate business needs into executable plans with clear milestones
• Drive AI-enabled PM practices and governance
• Develop and manage initiatives balancing stakeholder risk and business impact
• Leverage data to drive decision making and growth
• Define functional requirements and translate into Epics and stories
• Oversee user acceptance testing and go-live readiness
