Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, negotiation, execution, and integration of M&A.
• Define and manage the M&A strategy and investment thesis.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution including valuation and negotiation.
• Own the post-merger integration strategy and operating model.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrations.
