Job summary
CVS Health is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Lead for Clinical Insights to shape the roadmap for the Clinical Insights Engine, uniting clinical needs with platform capabilities across CVS Health businesses.
You will partner with Platform PMs, drive strategic decisions, and ensure solutions deliver measurable clinical and financial outcomes through data-driven iterations and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- 7 years of applicable experience in product management.
- Proven leader with ability to drive strategic decisions.
- Collaborative and able to coordinate with senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with capability to evaluate outcomes.
- Experience thoughtfully integrating AI into products.
Responsibilities
- Define multi-year vision and strategic roadmap for Clinical Insights Engine integration.
- Co-develop roadmaps with Platform PMs to align clinical/business objectives with platform capabilities.
- Drive value realization by monitoring adoption and outcomes post-implementation.
- Develop data-driven business cases and communicate progress to senior leadership.
- Define KPIs to measure success and identify opportunities for product improvement.
