Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP OmniAnalyst Product Manager for AI-enabled enterprise data products. You will define strategy, roadmaps, and business outcomes, leading Product Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable data capabilities.

You will drive AI-powered analytics, data sharing, semantic modeling and governance, partnering with business leaders to realize measurable value and improve client outcomes. A senior, strategic leader with a passion for data is ideal.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Data Products, Analytics Platforms, AI Products or Enterprise Technology.
5+ years leading Product Managers or Product Owners and managing product portfolios.
Experience owning enterprise-scale data, analytics, AI, platform, reporting, self-service analytics, semantic modeling, AI/ML or conversational AI products.

Responsibilities

Define and own multi-year vision, strategy, roadmap, business model and investment priorities for enterprise AI and data products.
Oversee delivery across multiple teams, aligning strategy with technical execution and client outcomes.
Own product portfolio KPIs and contribute to enterprise OKRs focused on quality, efficiency and value delivery.
Drive AI-powered analytics experiences with natural language interactions and trusted insights.
Define data sharing capabilities, governance, security, and compliance across enterprise data products.
Engage executives to communicate progress, risks and value realization; lead cross-functional collaboration.
