Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP OmniAnalyst Product Manager for AI-enabled enterprise data products. You will define strategy, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes across a portfolio of analytics, data sharing, and governance-focused offerings.

You will lead Product Managers and collaborate with Data Engineering, Architecture, Security, Governance, and AI teams to deliver scalable and trusted enterprise solutions with governance and responsible AI at the core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year vision, strategy, roadmap, business model, and investment priorities for enterprise AI and data products.
• Oversee delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment between product strategy, technical execution, architectural direction, and client outcomes.
• Own product portfolio KPIs and contributions to enterprise OKRs, including quality, efficiency, sustainability and value delivery.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, privacy, regulatory, governance and responsible AI requirements.
• Lead product management practices and mentor Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
