Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a VP OmniAnalyst Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for AI-enabled enterprise data products. You will lead a portfolio including analytics platforms, data sharing, and semantic layers to deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.

You will manage Product Managers and partner with Data Engineering, Security, Governance and business leaders to deliver secure, governed solutions and drive AI-driven decision support across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management and data/AI products.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers or Owners and managing product portfolios.
• Experience owning enterprise-scale data, analytics, AI, and data-sharing products.
• Strong Agile, cross-functional leadership, and executive stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Oversee delivery across multiple teams aligning strategy with client outcomes.
• Develop portfolio-level KPIs and communicate progress to executives.
• Ensure governance, security, and responsible AI compliance.
• Foster innovation, culture, and high-performing teams.
