Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd seeks a VP OmniAnalyst Product Manager to lead AI-enabled enterprise data products, defining strategy and roadmaps across data platforms, analytics, and data sharing.

You will guide cross-functional teams including data engineering, architecture, security, and governance to deliver secure, scalable analytics that drive better decisions and client value while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, IS, engineering, data science, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Data Products, Analytics Platforms, AI Products, or Enterprise Technology.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers or Product Owners and managing product portfolios.
• Experience owning enterprise-scale data, analytics, AI, platform, reporting, self-service analytics, semantic modeling, AI/ML, or conversational AI products.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and measurable outcomes for data-driven products.
• Experience working in Agile or scaled Agile environments and leading cross-functional teams across Architecture, Data Engineering, Analytics, Security, Governance, and Business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define Product Vision and Strategy for enterprise AI and data products, with multi-year roadmaps, governance, and investment plans.
• Oversee delivery across multiple teams, aligning strategy with technical execution and client outcomes.
• Own product portfolio KPIs and contribute to enterprise OKRs, ensuring quality, efficiency, sustainability, and value delivery.
• Ensure data products are secure, governed, compliant, and scalable with proper lineage and governance.
• Drive AI-powered analytics and conversational interfaces to deliver trusted insights and actionable outcomes.
• Enable secure data sharing with RBAC, auditing, masking, and governance across business units and external partners.
• Engage stakeholders to translate objectives into AI/data product strategies, monitor value realization, and communicate progress.
