Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP OmniAnalyst Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for AI-enabled data products across the enterprise. You will lead multiple teams, partner with data engineering, security, governance, and business leaders to deliver secure, scalable analytics platforms and trusted data capabilities.

You will drive adoption of semantic models, data sharing, and self-service analytics while ensuring governance and responsible AI across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in product management, data/analytics, or enterprise tech.
• Experience leading PMs/owners and managing product portfolios.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and multi-year strategy for AI/data products.
• Oversee delivery across teams; align strategy with execution and client outcomes.
• Own KPIs and contribute to enterprise OKRs; ensure security and governance compliance.
• Lead product managers and owners; drive agile practices and value realization.
