Job summary

Florence seeks a strategic platform leader to own the architecture for a unified trial operations platform connecting Sponsor and Site applications. You will define data strategy, cross-product workflows, and AI-enabled features, guiding product managers and engineering.

You will bring 8+ years in enterprise SaaS and 7+ years in clinical trial operations, with a track record building scalable ecosystems and regulatory-compliant software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical trial operations or clinical technologies experience with sponsors, CROs, or life sciences groups.
• 8+ years managing B2B SaaS portfolios with at least 3 years leading product teams.
• Experience scaling platform ecosystems beyond single features, including data architecture and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define platform vision and experience architecture for Sponsor and Site apps as an integrated ecosystem.
• Lead platform architecture decisions and align with data strategy and cross-product workflows.
• Drive platform ARR and retention; partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success.
• Oversee ecosystem of integrations, APIs, and partner strategies including MCP frameworks.
