Blackbaud is seeking a Vice President of Change Management & Organization Design to lead enterprise-wide transformation. You will shape AI-enabled change programs, partner with senior leaders, and build capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership spanning organization design and transformation.
5+ years leading enterprise transformation at VP or senior director level.
Proven ability to influence executives and drive adoption in matrixed environments.
Experience implementing AI-enabled workforce transformations and GenAI adoption.
Track record of building enterprise change management programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of enterprise change programs with senior leaders.
Develop AI adoption strategies, change narratives, and stakeholder engagement plans.
Create training, workshops, playbooks, and storytelling to drive behavior change.
Oversee workforce planning, organizational design, and capability-building initiatives.
Partner with Transformation Office to align priorities and measure outcomes.
