Job summary

Submer is seeking a VP-level leader to define and scale data-center platforms for AI factories, including modular and traditional builds, liquid cooling, and lifecycle offerings. The role spans product management, engineering, commercial strategy, and manufacturing to deliver differentiated, deployable platforms.

The leader will drive platform differentiation around deployment speed, density, energy efficiency, and total cost of ownership while engaging executive customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field required.
• 12+ years leading global data-center platforms or AI infrastructure projects.
• Experience with modular/prefab data center deployments and commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define global platform strategy for AI-ready data centers, modular and traditional builds.
• Lead solution architecture, engineering, and commercial teams to drive offerings.
• Own pricing framework, business cases, and profitability metrics.
• Guide delivery and industrialization, ensuring scalable, repeatable deployments.
• Manage cross-functional governance and executive stakeholder alignment.
