Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks a Vice President, Agentic AI Engineering, to own the strategy and architecture of our enterprise agentic AI platform. You will oversee multi-cloud orchestration, security, and governance, guiding leadership across engineering teams and ensuring alignment with cloud adoption and product goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees a plus.
• 12-17 years of relevant experience in leadership of large-scale AI platforms.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with at least one other modern language (Java/Go/C++).
• Strong track record of platform architecture ownership and governance in multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with security, governance, incident management, and cost optimization for AI workloads.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise agentic platform strategy, architecture roadmap, and governance.
• Lead multi-cloud orchestration, security, and runtime governance across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Drive platform reliability, scalability, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Foster engineering leadership and cross-functional collaboration across pods.
• Partner with Architecture, Data/Knowledge, and Product teams for strategy and delivery.
• Represent the Pod in governance forums and influence cloud adoption and strategy.
