Job summary

Inclusively—a platform advocating for inclusion and accessibility—seeks an executive to drive agency growth and adoption for its North America commercial lines collaboration solutions. You will set strategy, marshal resources, and lead high-level engagements across Cytora, EZLynx, Ivans, and Epic with CX, Sales, and Delivery teams.

The goal is to ignite a network effect between agencies and carriers. You’ll lead strategic conversations with senior agency leadership, define scalable adoption

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial insurance—agency/brokerage, carrier, distribution, or insurtech—with influence over senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
• Gravitas to engage senior agency leaders and carriers.
• Executive communication and follow-through to drive multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Product and AI fluency—link platform capabilities to underwriting and placement value.

Responsibilities

• Own the agency adoption and engagement outcome for the commercial lines portfolio across North America.
• Secure investment and align teams across Cytora, EZLynx, Ivans, Epic, and Sales, CX, Delivery.
• Define adoption strategy and scalable operating model; drive execution.
• Lead strategic conversations with Chief Broking Officers and senior agency leaders; secure executive commitment.
• Scale the digital adoption motion with Customer Experience to drive usage and outcomes.
• Shape book-roll strategy and lead complex migrations.
• Own change-management strategy and scalable operating model for durable adoption.
• Strengthen agency–carrier relationships and demonstrate value of the Cytora platform.
• Travel up to 25% for onsite workshops and executive reviews.
