Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of affordable housing experience.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage multiple directors.
• Deep knowledge of LIHTC, financing and development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Development Directors and ensure milestones are met.
• Oversee development pipeline from opportunity identification to closing.
• Coordinate financing packages including LIHTC, bonds, HOME and CDBG.
• Represent the company with state agencies and external partners.
