Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Learning Design & Delivery Associate/VP to lead the design, development, and delivery of advisor learning experiences across Private Wealth Management. The role focuses on scalable, practical training content that supports advisor growth, productivity, and professional development, partnering with advisors and business leaders.

You will create resources, curricula, and knowledge materials, deliver programs regionally in virtual and in-person formats, and translate

Qualifications

5+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
Experience designing instructional content and learning experiences.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex concepts into practical content.
Excellent written communication and content development.
Strong stakeholder relationship management.
Organized with strong project management.
Knowledge of wealth management preferred.
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advisor training curriculum aligned to business priorities.
Create practical resources, tools, and knowledge materials.
Deliver training across regional offices via virtual and in-person formats.
Evaluate content for relevance, adoption, and impact.
Partner with advisors and field leadership to assess development needs and feedback.
Translate feedback into new content and curriculum enhancements.
Collaborate with Talent Strategy and SMEs to design learning solutions.
Incorporate AI-enabled tools and industry trends into content.
