Job summary

Goldman Sachs seeks a Regional Advisor Enablement Associate / Vice President to support advisor development initiatives across Private Wealth Management. You will coordinate regional training, track participation, and connect advisors to resources and programs.

You will partner with regional leadership, Talent Strategy and business unit managers to accelerate onboarding, engagement, and productivity while gathering feedback to improve the advisor experience at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Wealth Management, Business Management, Talent Strategy, Learning & Development, or related field.
• Strong interest in advisor development, talent initiatives, and employee engagement.
• Excellent relationship management and credibility with advisors and leaders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong project coordination and execution with focus on follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional advisor training programs and development initiatives, including logistics, communications, attendance tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support delivery of advisor programming, facilitating peer networking and ongoing development opportunities.
• Lead onboarding and integration for new advisors to accelerate connectivity and productivity.
• Track participation and development metrics, providing regular updates and identifying trends.
• Serve as a point of contact for advisors, connecting them to training and firm resources.
• Partner with Regional Heads, Business Unit Managers, and Talent Strategy to drive awareness and participation.
• Gather feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement and elevate regional needs to leadership.
