Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Vice President, Advanced Manufacturing, to lead the Business Unit Leader team across multiple projects. You will define strategies to win work, manage risks, and drive profitability while building strong client relationships and leading a diverse, high-performing organization.

The role requires strong leadership, deep construction and business acumen, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, significant work experience is acceptable.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
• Proficiency with Procore, scheduling tools (MS Project, SureTrak, Primavera P6), Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Bluebeam, and JD Edwards.
• Strong business communications including writing and verbal presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple project teams to deliver results and profit.
• Define strategies to win work and align projects with risk tolerance.
• Develop long-term strategic plan to build relationships with clients.
• Oversee pursuit processes and ensure fair award practices.
• Monitor safety, health checks, and OSHA compliance.
• Attract, recruit and develop top talent; plan succession.
