HITT Contracting seeks a Vice President (VP) of Advanced Manufacturing to lead the Business Unit and manage multiple project teams, delivering exceptional results and generating profit. Based in the Falls Church, VA area, you will shape strategies and align projects with our risk tolerance while guiding executive initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or business preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• Procore and scheduling software proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Upholds safety as our top priority and monitors safety protocols.
• Develops a long-term strategic plan to strengthen client relationships.
• Leverages a pipeline of work locally and nationally.
• Acts as executive sponsor for pursuits and approves engagements.
• Ensures risk issues are documented and resolved at BU level.
• Performs site walks to verify milestones and health checks.

The BUL will lead and manage multiple project teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients and generate profit for the company. HITT Contracting offers a competitive total benefits and compensation package including performance-based bonuses, premium health care coverage including vision and dental, employer-matched 401(k), wellness reimbursement program, paid holidays and time-off, and other voluntary benefits and leave types.
