Job summary

Acrisure Re, a leading global reinsurance broker, invites an experienced Vice President of Actuarial to lead pricing across property, casualty, and specialty lines. You will guide analytics, develop staff, and collaborate with carriers, MGAs, and insurtechs on strategic risk-transfer solutions.

The role requires FCAS or near-FCAS, 7+ years in reinsurance pricing, and strong leadership. Domestic travel may be needed as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• 7+ years actuarial experience in a reinsurance pricing capacity.
• FCAS or near-FCAS designation, active progression toward FCAS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review pricing analyses for proportional, excess of loss, and structured reinsurance deals.
• Develop and review dynamic stochastic models for reinsurance strategies and pricing.
• Communicate results and complex concepts to clients, brokers, and reinsurers.
• Support brokers in creating submissions, pricing, structure, and placing reinsurance.
• Lead and develop actuarial staff; mentor junior team members.
