Starts Align LLC. in Downtown West Palm Beach is seeking a VP of Acquisitions (Originator/Salesperson) to build a robust sales pipeline through aggressive prospecting, outbound calls, and meetings arranged by the Acquisition Specialist team.

The role involves serving as the liaison between property owners and internal teams, guiding engagements from first impression to closing, and coordinating with SVP, underwriting, legal, and closing departments to close cellular and billboard asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or equivalent experience in sales.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate sales experience; CRE broker or investment sales preferred.
• Experience closing real estate transactions and managing a book of business.
• Persuasive presentation skills in a B2B sales environment.
• Strong business communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate a sales pipeline through cold calling landowners, brokers, and meetings.
• Present the value proposition to property owners with billboard/cell tower assets.
• Manage sales accounts and provide updates during the closing process.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with property owners.
• Achieve personal sales targets to earn commission and bonuses.
