Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. seeks a strategic Vice President, Accounting and Controller to lead controllership and shared services from our Orlando, FL office.

You will ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, manage close processes, and strengthen internal controls while guiding a high-performing finance team. You will partner with senior leadership to support financing, acquisitions, and due diligence, driving efficiency and scalable financial processes across payroll, accounts payable/receivable, tax, treasury,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Ten or more years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience, including multi-location operations.
• CPA or CMA credential strongly preferred; active credential desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership to the Accounting organization and shared services, aligning teams to company values and strategic priorities.
• Oversee controllership, payroll, AP/AR, tax, treasury, purchasing, financial reporting, close, reconciliations, and related operations.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with GAAP-compliant reporting and variance analyses.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and reduce risk.
• Drive process improvements, automation, standardization, and scalability across finance functions.
• Partner with executives to support financing, transactions, due diligence, and valuation readiness.
