Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller in Orlando, FL to own accounting, reporting, and planning for the corporate side of the business. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and investors, with a clear growth path as the organization expands.

The role drives month-end close, consolidations, budgets, forecasts, dashboards and KPIs, while strengthening internal controls and mentoring a small Accounting and Finance team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting and finance experience.
• Background in month-end close, consolidations, audits and internal controls.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling skills.
• Experience leading and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process, consolidations, and financial statement preparation.
• Build budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans for corporate departments.
• Create dashboards and KPIs and develop scenario models to guide key business decisions.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure financial data remains clean and consistent across systems.
• Strengthen internal controls and modernize finance processes.
• Manage and mentor a small Accounting and Finance team.
