Razorfish Health seeks a VP, Account Director to oversee one of its largest accounts, guiding brand strategy and client engagement. You will manage the account team, ensure budget adherence, and drive growth while maintaining high client satisfaction.

You’ll leverage deep HCP and pharma advertising experience across multiple channels to deliver integrated campaigns and strategic solutions for a premier healthcare client base.

Qualifications

• HCP experience in pharma-related settings.
• Biologics experience preferred.
• Pharma advertising experience required.
• Channel-agnostic approach across professional, consumer, digital, PR, med ed, etc.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship on assigned brands and drive strategy.
• Influence the client to achieve brand objectives and contribute to new business opportunities.
• Staff, manage, and lead the assigned account team.
• Understand and manage the revenue and profitability for the brand, including budget and forecasts.
• Mentor staff and advance agency processes.
