Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Hawaii seeks a lounge attendant to embody the Aloha spirit and assist guests at the Voyager 47 Club lounge, ensuring warm, attentive service in accordance with company policies.

You will handle daily setup and breakdown, help with food and beverage service during breakfast and cocktail hours, monitor inventories, and work flexibly with a service-oriented team to deliver memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies the image of "Aloha" while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Attends to all duties related to the Voyagers 47 club lounge, which involves looking after the needs of all Voyager 47 guests.
• Responsible for daily set-up and breakdown for lounge operations, including preparation of food and beverages during the morning breakfast, cocktail hour, and additional meal period services at the Voyager 47 Club lounge.
• Assists with ordering and monitoring of food & beverage inventories, to include all necessary equipment and supplies to running a smooth operation.
• 4 keys to be practiced on all guest interactions.
• Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service-oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
