Job summary

OUTRIGGER RESORTS & HOTELS in the United States is seeking a guest-focused lounge attendant to uphold the brand’s aloha spirit. You will support the Voyager 47 club lounge, ensuring attentive service and a seamless guest experience across breakfast, cocktails, and lounge periods.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility in scheduling, and adherence to hospitality standards. Base pay starts at $31.06 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible days and shifts.
• Strong service-oriented attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Hospitality or lounge operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies the image of "Aloha" while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Attends to all duties related to the Voyagers 47 club lounge, looking after the needs of all Voyager 47 guests.
• Responsible for daily set-up and breakdown for lounge operations, including breakfast, cocktail hour, and additional meal period services at the Voyager 47 Club lounge.
• Assists with ordering and monitoring of food & beverage inventories, including necessary equipment and supplies for smooth operation.

Job Duties

• Exemplifies the image of "Aloha" while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Attends to all duties related to the Voyagers 47 club lounge, which involves looking after the needs of all Voyager 47 guests.
• Responsible for daily set-up and breakdown for lounge operations, including preparation of food and beverages during the morning breakfast, cocktail hour, and additional meal period services at the Voyager 47 Club lounge.
• Assists with ordering and monitoring of food & beverage inventories, to include all necessary equipment and supplies to running a smooth operation.
• 4 keys to be practiced on all guest interactions.
• Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service-oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
