The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Tourism and have at least 3 years of experience in voyage development. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in ship voyage development or travel planning.
• In-depth knowledge of geographical regions relevant to the company’s voyages.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire voyage experience from embarkation to disembarkation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Create and maintain voyage sailing schedules.
