Job summary

Virgin Voyages is seeking a Groups Experience Planning & Delivery Lead to design and deliver bespoke group voyages. You will own the end-to-end group journey, from chartering and weddings to incentive programs and curated getaways, while driving incremental onboard revenue through consultative add-ons.

You will also serve as Product Owner for one or more ships, coordinating with shoreside and shipboard teams to ensure flawless execution and exceptional guest experiences, embodying Virgin

Qualifications

• 3+ years in group travel or hospitality.
• Ability to drive incremental revenue through upsell and add-ons.
• Strong knowledge of MICE and group travel logistics.
• Experience with Salesforce, Airtable, Seaware, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Act as a group experiences curator for assigned accounts and design bespoke voyage programs.
• Lead group planning calls to translate preferences and budget into curated proposals.
• Upsell group experience add-ons at planning touchpoints to drive onboard revenue.
• Execute group planning and logistics from proposal hand-off to post-voyage wrap-up, ensuring contract compliance and satisfaction.
• Meet defined SLAs and milestones across the group lifecycle.
• Support a shoreside and shipboard planning team with hands-on collaboration and coaching.
• Coordinate with Sales to collect group requirements and manage expectations.
• Serve as the primary contact for group clients and communicate updates to shipboard teams.
