Job summary

The Montgomery County Board of Elections is seeking a Voter Registration Specialist Lead in the Voter Services Division. You will evaluate records, process complex data from ERIC and other partners, and ensure compliance with legal requirements while maintaining meticulous documentation.

This role supports list maintenance, call center coordination, provisional ballots, petitions, and training, reporting to managers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data/records to determine actions based on legal requirements and established procedures.
• Review, and process complex data files from ERIC, DOH, and AOC.
• Assist Program Manager with monitoring assignments, deadlines, audits, and documentation.
• Coordinate training materials and supervision for temporary staff.
• Support call center staffing during active election periods and prepare reference materials.
• Maintain accurate documentation to support compliance and audit readiness.
