Qualifications

• One year of professional experience in election administration.

• Must be a Maryland registered voter by time of hire.
• Pre-employment medical history form completion.
• Possession of a valid Class 'C' driver's license where required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data/records to determine the correct course of action based on legal requirements and established practices and procedures.
• Review and process complex data files from partners such as ERIC, the Department of Health, and the Administrative Office of the Courts.
• Monitor assignments, perform audits, maintain logs and documentation, and apply legal standards.
• Create training materials, checklists, and reference guides for temporary staff.
• Coordinate call center staffing during active election periods and update scripts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support audit readiness across duties.
• Archive election materials after an election.
