McKenna Volvo Cerritos is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our busy Cerritos store. We offer a generous pay plan, a well-maintained facility, a dynamic team, and great benefits in a commission-based environment.

You will perform automotive services and repairs on Volvo vehicles, with emphasis on efficient diagnostics and quality workmanship. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior experience as an Automotive Service Technician in Volvo settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: E‑mail, Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and be self‑motivated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs automotive services and repairs on Volvo vehicles.
• Maintains and repairs automobiles per guidelines.
• Removes, installs, diagnoses, repairs, disassembles and reassembles parts and engines as needed.
