Job summary

Volvo Cars Tacoma is seeking Flat Rate Technicians to diagnose and repair customer vehicles in a professional and timely manner. The role focuses on completing repairs per repair orders and ensuring quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include diagnosing vehicles, communicating needs to service advisors, training apprentices when applicable, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while following all safety regulations. Test drives accompany repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to diagnose and repair customer vehicles as part of repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer vehicles and repair as needed.
• Perform all work as designated on repair orders.
• Inform service advisors if additional work is needed.
• Assist in training and supervising apprentices when applicable.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area and comply with safety regulations.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs as needed.
