Job summary

Volvo Cars Charlottesville, part of Carter Myers Automotive, is seeking skilled automotive technicians to join our high-performing team. Earn $60,000-$100,000+ annually in a climate-controlled shop with strong growth opportunities.

We offer factory training, ESOP ownership, and comprehensive benefits, plus paid training and a rotating Saturday schedule with Sundays off. Must have 2+ years of experience and reliable driving record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Virginia State Inspector License preferred but not required.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Perform maintenance and repair services.
• Complete digital vehicle inspections.
• Communicate findings clearly through inspection reports.
• Maintain Volvo training and certification requirements.
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and teammates.
• Keep a clean and safe work environment.
