Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Manager-Volunteer Services to join our team at St. Vincent's Hospital in Green Bay, WI.

The role provides oversight and leadership for volunteer services across the market, directing coordinators, volunteers, and auxiliarians to ensure alignment with systemwide goals and enhanced patient and colleague experience. You will collaborate with leaders to drive effective volunteer support in a full-time capacity, based in Green Bay, with compensation

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience working with volunteers or related experience in a non-for-profit healthcare setting is required.
• 3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership for volunteer services across the assigned market.
• Direct, supervise, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate activities of volunteer coordinators, volunteers, and auxiliarians.
• Collaborate with leaders, colleagues, volunteers, and auxiliarians to align with systemwide goals and enhance patient and colleague experience through effective volunteer support.
