Job summary

We Vote is seeking a remote Volunteer Project Manager for Political Data Collection, dedicating approximately 5 hours weekly to contributors across the U.S. You will oversee Agile meetings, improve team efficiency, and support key initiatives within a dedicated team.

This role is for committed volunteers eager to enhance American Democracy through teamwork and innovation. The opportunity offers personal and professional growth within an impactful organization.

Qualifications

• Availability for 1-2 hours during core team hours M-F 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
• A commitment to strengthening American Democracy.
• Striving for personal excellence in work.
• Willingness to work with and support other volunteers.
• Located within the US.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly Agile meetings for your team of Political Data Managers.
• Facilitate communication within the team and with other WeVote teams.
• Work with team members to align tasks with skills.
• Review work products and propose strategies for improvement.
• Support and track team member OKRs and Key Results.
• Communicate changes and follow up on deadlines.
• Provide project status reports in meetings and newsletters.
