Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience or a recent graduate interested in talent acquisition.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Must commit to 5–6 hours weekly, including a team meeting.

Responsibilities

• Screen applications and conduct video interviews with potential volunteers.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process.
• Create and publish new roles with the Talent Acquisition Operations team.
