Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3+ years in program management.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient with common software packages; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and administer volunteer programs for the assigned facility.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate volunteers across departments.
• Onboard and orient volunteers; supervise Guest Services Liaisons in the main lobby.
• Develop recruitment, retention, and recognition strategies for volunteers.
• Maintain volunteer files, process hours, and annual evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Participate in committees and contribute to program development.
• Oversee training processes and provide ongoing support to volunteers.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure smooth operation of volunteer services.
