Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, provide general information and direct them to resources or areas.
• Maintain an orderly waiting area and coordinate with volunteer services to ensure comfort and safety.
• Coordinate access in patient care delivery areas, handle visitor authorizations, and relay concerns to staff.
• Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages, and relay information as needed.
• Assist with additional duties such as assembling charts, filing, mail, inventory and transport as requested.
• Support customers including patients, families, and the community at large.
