Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and a minimum of three years relevant experience.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of common software packages (MS Office, etc.).
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required at time of hire and throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Selects, trains, schedules and evaluates volunteers.
• Oversees recruitment, retention and recognition strategies.
• Supervises volunteers and related in-service programs.
• Manages volunteer training and education processes and ensures proper documentation.
• Maintains volunteer files, service hours and evaluations with compliance.
• Coordinates with internal departments to develop new volunteer programs.
• Participates in committees and works with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensures daily operational support for volunteer services.
