Job summary

The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum seeks a Volunteer Programs Manager to oversee its volunteer program. This includes managing 110+ active adult volunteers, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring effective training and utilization of volunteers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of supervisory experience, and a passion for country music. The role is full-time, with a work schedule from Tuesday to Saturday and offers a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
• Previous work with volunteers in a non-profit or educational setting.
• Previous experience with training or teaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the volunteer program.
• Maintain corps of 125+ volunteers.
• Schedule all volunteers based on their skills.
