Qualifications

• Experience leading volunteer programs or teams.
• Ability to recruit, screen, select, and train volunteers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan recruitment, training, and retention strategies for volunteers.
• Provide leadership and oversight to the Volunteer Services Coordinator.
• Improve volunteer experience through training, registration, and sign-ups.
• Design volunteer schedules in collaboration with program leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of volunteer hours, shifts, and retention.
