CAP Northwest is seeking a community-minded Volunteer Services Manager to build and lead a comprehensive volunteer program across CAP’s Our House, Esther's Pantry, and CAP programs. This full-time role in Portland involves in-office and some remote work, with schedule Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, and occasional events in the evenings or weekends.

You will oversee volunteer engagement, recruit and train volunteers, track hours and compliance, and partner with teams to support fundraising events.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in volunteer management or non-profit leadership.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills for diverse communities.
• Experience with conflict resolution and healthy volunteer-staff relationships.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and data tracking abilities.

• Design, implement, and manage the entire volunteer services program with policies and SOPs.
• Lead volunteer recruitment and community outreach to build a diverse base.
• Oversee onboarding, interviews, and role assignments plus ongoing training.

• Maintain volunteer data and reporting to track impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to staff major fundraising events.
