Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in volunteer management or related field.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement volunteer recruitment and training initiatives.
• Supervise Volunteer Services and Welcome Center Coordinators.
• Oversee administration of the Volunteer Management System.
• Manage Volunteer Services budget and report on outcomes.
