Job summary

Your Health Organization in South Carolina seeks a Volunteer Coordinator to build and lead a regional volunteer program that supports patient-centered care across the Pee Dee area. You will work with care teams to mobilize volunteers, partnerships, and foundation resources to improve outcomes and reduce avoidable utilization.

This full-time role requires travel daily and a standard 8‑hour shift Monday–Friday (8am–5pm).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or related field).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in program development, community engagement, healthcare, or nonprofit leadership.
• Experience with volunteer program management and/or fundraising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and maintain a regional volunteer program aligned with Your Health’s care model.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers to support patient-centered initiatives.
• Coordinate deployment of volunteers to support patients with non-clinical needs.
• Develop and execute regional fundraising strategies focused on sustainable support.
• Promote partnerships with local businesses and community organizations.
