Job summary

Dignity Health - Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City, CA is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to develop, implement, and evaluate volunteer program goals aligned with the organization's mission. You will be the primary contact for volunteers, managing recruitment, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing supervision.

You will oversee daily operations of the Volunteer Services Office, collaborate with department leaders, manage schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and keep volunteers

Qualifications

• Experience in volunteer management or service programs.
• Experience speaking before groups.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate goals for Volunteer Services.
