Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of volunteer projects with Director of Volunteer Services.
• Engage and manage relationships with schools, synagogues, corporate partners, and civic groups.
• Coordinate large-scale volunteer events and manage pantry and resource support.
• Recruit, onboard, and mobilize volunteers across JCC initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and databases for participation and donor contributions.
